One of the big problems that promoters face is paralysis by analysis. They try to learn all of it at one time. They want to know how the product is manufactured, every single ingredient in the product and all the details about the compensation plan. Trust me when I say this will slow you down. Instead of being confused and overloaded from all this stuff, focus on practical daily actions on a consistent basis. This is the key that will lead to success. Develop your plan then apply these basic principles to your daily to do list.
1. Set Goals: Look at your goals/plan daily
2. Track your numbers: On team enlyten you can download the performance worksheet to help you track your numbers.
3. Attend a webinar or meeting: Learn and develop your skills
4. Marketing: Emails, Direct mail, flyers, business cards, magazine, newspaper, radio, TV, Internet, Buy Leads. ect… Anything that tells people you are in business.
5. Connect with New People: It could be about the business or the product or simply meeting someone new and starting a relationship.
6. Connects: How many new people did you call? How many did you follow up with? Talk with and support your down line. This is the “dialing for dollars” that is so powerful in our business.
7. Present: Anything you do to present someone with an enrolling conversation into enlyten. It could be one on ones presentations, 3 way calls and/or meetings and webinars.
Do these 7 activities daily and consistently with a mindset of massive action and you learn what works best for you, you won’t be wasting your time and you will be motivated every day.
