These are different than your Network Commission teams or legs. The same concept applies, start a team and build it deep. When a promoter promotes to an elevated rank they can begin earning additional commissions by building their new ranked team. The first 2 promoters you enroll are a part of your ID team. No team commissions are paid on this team. Your next team you start is your Business Builder Team. After you become Business Builder the first person you enroll will start this team. On this team you will earn 5% of your entire BB Teams GBV. The same thing happens at the Manager position except it is 4% of your entire Manager Team. At Team Leader it is 3%, Executive 2%, Regional Executive 2%, National executive 2% and Ambassador 2%. Now, none of your commission goes away so let’s say you are a Team Leader. Your total Team Commissions will be 12%. 5% from your BB Team, 4% from your Manager Team and 3% from your Team Leader Team.

Laymen terms, enroll a few people and start earning more commissions as you promote to unlimited depth. This is exactly how it works in a job. Get promoted and make more money. Unlike a job though, you can’t be demoted or get fired. Once you achieve a rank , the only requirement to be paid at that rank is your PBV and Customer Sales for that rank. Much better then a job.
