This goes back to enroller bonuses and how important it is to help someone get started the right way. The concept of this is simple although it is a little more difficult to explain. We know when you enroll someone that purchases a starter pack you will receive a bonus. What you don’t know is that it will also pay a bonus to qualified positions in the up line. Lets say you are a Manager and someone on your team below you that is a Business Builder enrolls a new promoter which buys a starter pack for $299. A $50 bonus is paid to the enroller and small bonuses are paid to the up line. $10 to the BB, $10 to the Manager (you), $10 to the Team Leader, $5 to the executive, $5 to the Regional Executive, $5 to the National Executive and $5 to the Ambassador positions above you. This does not sound like much but guess what? You did not enroll them and what if you had 10 people below you on your team enroll someone. 10 times $10 (Manager)=$100. That is the power of duplication my friend. Make sure you duplicate, it will pay big dividends.
